Use this feature if you want to let someone else host a meeting or webinar that you have scheduled. This may be helpful if you are out of the office or late. In the navigation menu, click Meetings, then click Schedule A Meeting. Scroll down to Options and click Show to view additional meeting options. In the Zoom toolbar of your meeting, click the ” Manage Participants ” button. From the ” Participants ” window that opens, find the user you want to make co-host and hover over their name.
