Press F12 immediately as the Thinkpad logo appears. There should be a pop-up menu with a list of choices. Select the USB drive using the arrow key and press Enter. The system should now boot from the USB drive. Note: If you need to disable secure boot to boot from a USB device, see this link: Disabling Secure Boot. Connect a Windows 10 installation USB flash drive to the computer and then start the computer from the USB flash drive. Then, the Windows setup initialization begins. When you are prompted, configure the on-screen options, such as the language to install; time and currency format; and keyboard or input method. Then, click Next. Click Install now.

In the image you uploaded, I can only see your SSD. Is the USB drive connected? What is the model of your ThinkPad? I consulted the manual of the model X, and is informed to press the F1 key to enter the ThinkPad Setup program. I don’t know if it’s the same for all models, maybe it is.

On page 72, you have instructions for installing Windows 10 on this specific model. If this is not your model, look for your model manual on the Lenovo website and see the same section.
