I need to access the chat history that I have participated in. When I try to access the IM manager to see those chat history it shows the message that I’m not a paid user.
Hey dolce78 , if you were not the host, you will need to reach out to the host to receive the reports. However, if you’re not a Licensed user with cloud recording enabled for saving chat to the Zoom Cloud you will not be able to save in-meeting chat. Zoom Community.
